Beautiful Bagel Slather

Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • 1 15oz can chickpeas (drained)
  • 1 6oz block smoked tofu
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • 1 tbs tahini
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke (it's vegan, I checked)
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1 tbs fresh chopped parsley
  • Rice milk, soy milk or water (to thin if needed)

Instructions:
Throw everything in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Serves: 1
